How we handle your details.

Last updated 25 October 2026.

What we store

When you run the free check: your business name, your website (if you have one), your email address, the gear you ticked and anything you typed in the "Anything else?" box, whether you asked us to keep watching, and the link you came from (for example a partner's referral code).

To stop spam, we keep a one-way scrambled version of your internet address for an hour. We never store the address itself.

We don't ask for passwords, and we never need access to your systems.

What we look at

If you give us a website, we look at your homepage once, the way any visitor's browser does. Nothing is scanned or probed, and nothing is installed on your machines.

Where it's kept

Hacked Yet? runs on Cloudflare. Your details sit in a private database in Cloudflare's Oceania region. Emails are sent through Cloudflare's email service.

Who reads it, and why

A person at Flowtivity reads your check to write your one-page report. We email you about that check, and nothing else unless you ticked "Keep watching", in which case we email you when something you run turns up on the list.

We never sell your details or share them with advertisers.

The free check does not add you to the neighbourhood. Neighbourhood sharing only starts if you sign up to be watched, and you can switch it off.

How long we keep it

We keep your check for up to 12 months after your report, unless you become a client or ask us to delete it sooner.

Deleting your details

Email aj@flowtivityconsulting.com from the address you used and we'll delete everything we hold about your check within five business days, then confirm by email.
